Kathy C.

Head Technician

Kathy was born and raised here in Colchester. She received her BS in Animal Science from UVM in 1999. She joined the MBVH family soon after, where she has grown into her role as lead technician. When she isn’t at work, she can be found at home crafting, cooking, or watching British Period dramas with her two pugs (Sadie and Pepper) and her cat (Jack) who thinks he is a pug!

Samantha R. M.B.A.

Practice Manager

Samantha grew up in Connecticut, she began volunteering and working at her local veterinary hospital, where she ignited a passion for the care of animals. She received a B.S. in Animal Science in 2008 from the University of Vermont and has been a Vermont resident since graduation. In 2017 she pursued another area of interest and received her Master’s of Business Administration with a certificate in Advanced Management, from Champlain College in 2017. Samantha began working at Malletts Bay Veterinary Hospital in 2008. She has a mixed breed dog named Shelby and two orange, misfit kitties, Mike Wazowski and Celia. She enjoys outdoor activities, cooking, and gardening.

Lexie O.

Client Service Representative

Lexie graduated from UVM in 2015 and joined the Malletts Bay team shortly after. You can find Lexie at the front desk helping coordinate care for your pets and sharing laughs with clients and coworkers. In her free time, Lexie enjoys spending time with her family, her dogs Shelby & Trip, skiing, and eating sweets!

Veronica D.

Veterinary Technician

Veronica was born and raised in Vermont and has always loved and cared for many species of animals. She joined MBVH in 2019 after several years of working in equine and veterinary facilities throughout VT. When not at work, Veronica is tending to her small farm of cows, goats, horses, and her pack of 4 dogs: Nala, Alizar, Zoey, and Zorro.

Jess C.

Veterinary Technician

Jess is a native Vermonter who joined the Malletts Bay team in 2018. She has had a lifelong passion for animals both large and small. Jess enjoys taking care of hospitalized patients and assisting in surgery. When not at work, she enjoys spending time outside with her three dogs, Charlie, Presley, and Remington; helping around the farm, riding and pampering her horses, Gus and Wrangler.

Bryanna B.

Veterinary Assistant

Bryanna is from Colchester, Vermont. Bryanna joined the Malletts Bay team in 2021. She is a 2020 graduate from Rice Memorial High School in South Burlington. Bryanna has enjoyed volunteering at the Humane Society on a weekly basis. In her free time, Bryanna enjoys volunteering, riding horses, and coaching softball and field hockey.

Carly C.

Veterinary Assistant

Carly graduated from SUNY Potsdam in 2017 with a degree in English Literature and Writing. After a few years of freelance writing and working in marketing, Carly switched gears and followed her passion for caring for animals. She joined Malletts Bay Veterinary Hospital as a technician in October 2021 and is super excited to learn and grow in the veterinary field. In her free time, Carly loves to go hiking, ride her horse, and hang out with her menagerie of pets.

Robby B.

Veterinary Assistant

Robby has worked in a sheep, llama, and alpaca barn in high school for two years where he learned a great deal about agriculture and animal science. He started working at MBVH in 2020 while also attending UVM majoring in Animal Science on the pre-vet track. While not working or in school, Robby can be found hiking, skiing, or playing video games.

Georgia W.

Veterinary Technician

Originally from Massachusetts, Georgia moved to Vermont to pursue her undergraduate degree in Linguistics at the University of Vermont. While studying she worked part-time at a local dog shelter which ignited her passion for veterinary medicine. Georgia joined the Malletts Bay Veterinary team full time as a technician after graduating in 2020 and now assists with training and surgery. When she’s not at work Georgia spends her time with friends, her rescue dog, Max, reading, and skiing (badly).

Corrin A.

Veterinary Assistant

Corrin grew up in Upstate NY but found herself moving to Vermont 2 years ago. She lived on a farm a lot of her childhood and rode horses. When Corrin isn’t at work she’s usually with family and friends on Lake Champlain.

Sam C.

Veterinary Assistant

Originally from the New York metro area, Sam graduated from Occidental College with a BA in Music in 2014. A friend to all things four-legged, Sam spent much time volunteering in animal shelters and caring for injured wildlife in his youth. He joined the MBVH team in November 2021, following a lifelong interest in veterinary medicine. When he isn’t caring for critters at work, Sam can be found playing guitar, fishing, or spending quality time with his bunny, Frances.
